Right of Withdrawal + Withdrawal Form & Voluntary Return Policy Valid for goods not shipped by Amazon

For goods that are not shipped by Amazon, the following Right of Withdrawal including Withdrawal Form and the following Voluntary Return Policy apply:

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

A. Right of Withdrawal + Withdrawal Form

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Outbounce GmbH, Weintraubengasse 50, 39100 Bolzano, Italy, Tel: 0041793447263, Email: info@outbounce-clouds.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Notes

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
Please do not return goods freight collect.
Please note that the above notes 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

B. Voluntary Return Policy – Valid for Goods Not Shipped by Amazon

Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we voluntarily grant the following return policy:

You may return goods purchased from us within 30 days of receipt, provided the goods are complete and in the same condition as when received.

By way of exception, the return period is only 14 days for goods in the categories of Camera, Electronics, Office Supplies, Computers & Accessories, Wireless, Video Games, Music, or Video/DVD. For Amazon devices and Amazon Renewed products in the aforementioned categories, the return period remains 30 days.

Further exception: if the purchase contract is concluded between November 1 and December 25, items for which a 14-day return period applies may be returned until January 15 of the following year, and items with a 30-day return period may be returned until January 31 of the following year.

This voluntary return policy does not apply to goods for which the legal right of withdrawal is excluded. It also cannot be exercised for goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal has already expired at the time of return – e.g., not just by time limit but also due to early expiration for legal reasons. If this applies to any of our products, it will be mentioned in the Right of Withdrawal section above.

Returns must be sent to the return address mentioned in the above withdrawal policy. You bear the shipping risk of the return. To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods to that address before the deadline expires.

Refund Guidelines:

If you return an item that was delivered damaged, defective, or not as described within 30 days of receipt, we will refund the purchase price including shipping and return costs.
If you return an item that was delivered correctly and as described, the following applies:
- If returned within 14 days: full refund including shipping, but not return costs.
- If returned after 14 days (but within the 30-day window): refund of the purchase price only, no refund for shipping or return costs.

Exception: If the item belongs to the categories Clothing, Shoes, Handbags, Jewelry, or Watches, and is undamaged and as described, we will also cover shipping costs even if returned after 14 days. If the item is marked as “Free Returns” on the product detail page, we will also cover return shipping.

This voluntary return policy does not limit your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal where applicable.
